Factory Reset Dahua Nvr Here

Remove the cover screws and slide off the top casing.

If you cannot log in, software resets are impossible. You must open the chassis.

Download and install Dahua ConfigTool on a Windows PC on the same network as the NVR. factory reset dahua nvr

Open ConfigTool. It will scan for all Dahua devices.

Right-click on the live view screen to open the Main Menu . Remove the cover screws and slide off the top casing

Contact your Dahua reseller or generate an unlock code using Dahua’s official password reset portal (requires proof of ownership – invoice/SN).

Power off the NVR and disconnect the power cord. contact Dahua support first.

Opening the NVR may void your warranty. If under warranty, contact Dahua support first.
