While Sengoku Basara: Samurai Heroes (the third game) made it to PS3 and Wii, its direct predecessor, Sengoku Basara 2 (and its expanded re-release, Sengoku Basara 2 Heroes ), remained a tantalizing, untranslated treasure trove of chaotic hack-and-slash action, deeper character stories, and absurdly entertaining “What If?” history.
